The exceptional cuality of Bioaceitel is (avalada) by the D.O.P. "Aceite Monterrubio" and by the C.R.A.E.X. (Extremeño Agricultore´s Regulating Council).
It has plenty of possitive atributes and we can point its green and cristaline colour, with a fruity taste and some spicy and bitter touches and also its low acidity 0,4º.It is very indicated to salads or gazpachos(cold meals)
BIOACEITEL
It is the first extra virgin olive oil from ecological agriculture with D.O.P. "Aceite de Monterrubio"
- Composition: 90% Cornezuelo and 10% Picual.
- Taste: light apple taste with spicy and bitter touches.
- Acidity level: 0,4º.
- Colour: green to yellowish.
- Bottle: Glass bottles 250, 500 and 750 cl.
